Incapacitate Incapacitates target for 3.2s, damage breaks this effect.

Jet Pack

Travels to target location, inflicting Oil on enemies beneath the Engineer. This ability has a minimum range.

Oil Reduces movement speed by 25%, lasts for 3s.

Cooldown: 8.0 secCast time: 0.2 sec Range: 120Area: 12

Drops Artifact on use. Can move while using.

Flame Thrower

Fires 4 cone attacks over 1.2s, each deals 6 damage, inflicts Slow and consumes any Oil effect, inflicting Burning Oil.

Slow Reduces movement speed by 20%, lasts for 1s.

Burning Oil Deals 6 damage every 2s and lasts for 6s. EX Tractor Beam Channels a beam that pierces enemies, deals 14 damage every 1s, inflicts Tractor and drags enemies towards the Engineer, channeled for up to 2s.

Tractor Reduces movement speed by 30% and reduces attack speed by 30% while inside the beam.

Channeling Ability. Can move while using.

EMP Blast

Deals 20 damage on a direct hit, inflicts EMP Shock, and removes all positive effects from enemies near the impact location.

EMP Shock Slows movement speed to 20%, movement speed returns to 100% over 1.5s.

Shrink Device

Deals 12 damage to enemies near target ally and knocks them away, removes all negative effects and triggers Shrink on target ally.

Shrink Increases movement speed by 15%, attack speed by 20%, reduces size by 30%, lasts for 5s. EX Enlarge Device Deals 12 damage to enemies near target ally and knocks them away, removes all negative effects and inflicts Enlarge on target ally.

Enlarge Reduces damage taken by 50%, increases damage done by 25%, increases size by 50%, energy gain from enemy attacks are reduced by 50%, lasts for 4s.

Can move while using.

Machine Gun

Fires 18 projectiles over 3s, each projectile deals 8 damage and inflicts Slow.
